Team placements are thoughtfully determined by our staff based on teacher recommendations, past performance, class participation, and audition evaluations. In some cases, dancers may be placed on a different team than the previous season to better align with the goals of a specific routine, to balance team dynamics, or to provide growth opportunities. Our priority is to place dancers where they will be challenged, successful, and contribute meaningfully to the team. This may mean returning to a previous team or joining a new one. All placement decisions are final and made in the best interest of each dancer and the team as a whole.
Placement is based on auditions held at the studio in early August.

Jazz, Contemporary, and Lyrical teams must attend a weekly ballet and technique class.
Pre-Comp teams are required to take ballet, with acro/tumbling being optional.
